My computer fan is very loud, and I don’t want to change the fan for there is still in the Warranty period and don’t know how to remove the warranty seal without damaging it.
Finally, I have tried the Speedfan free software.
After download and install the computer fan-control program on my PC.
Read the help file for SpeedFan and following the instructions it may be not so user-friendly for some people.
Here is the screenshot.

Finally, you can get the graphically record of the fan speed or voltage and the temperature of various devices.

I've tried using SpeedFan previously, though I got fed-up with it being limited to only fans and forgetting the rest of the components. So I decided to use Granola.
