Being aware of these helps you to stop yourself from thinking negatively. Most of the times, being level-headed, objective, or optimistic helps you look at life in a brighter perspective. :)

I've been told loads of times how much of a pessimist person I am xD. I see the Personalisation part in myself to be honest.

Hi Angel
I found your post interesting as i'm interested in the way people think. Do you study psychology by any chance. If so are there any books/websites that you could recommend.

Yes, I'm a psychology major. :) http://www.apa.org/ is the American Psychological Organization; that's the only psych site I regularly visit. Most of the time, I just google my topics and go from there. Haha!

http://www.spring.org.uk/ and http://www.psychologytoday.com/ have very interesting psych articles.
