In the morning nothing really. Later on in the day I lift weights though.

Stretching exercises. Then I walk, jog, run, or sprint - well, depending on my mood. :P

I don't do anything in the morning, my son likes to watch his cartoons and eat breakfast but later when he takes a nap I do Zumba on the wii. I love to do Zumba, it really doesn't feel like I am exercising, its quite fun! 50 mins and I will burn 600 calories!

I mostly do cardio workouts at the morning time.
I do cardio exercises daily for at least 40 minutes.
My daily cardio exercises include jogging, running, swimming, and cycling.

yoga is my first exercise which i recently do first in the morning.i daily use the yoga.

I have an extensive routine:

Step 1: Get out of bed and stumble to the bathroom

Step 2: Pick up toothbrush and apply toothpaste

Step 3: Rigorously move my arm left and right as well as a small motion up and down for approx 2 minutes

Step 4: Go back to bed

I do 20 minutes Yoga and thats it. My health is getting up slowly.
