Would you rather be an admin of your forum or be a member of the forum? Why?
I prefer to be a member, as I am free to come and go as I please. However, being an administrator has its perks too.

I've never had the experience of being an admin of a forum though I have been one on a Facebook fan page for the past 2 years.
Trying to put up interesting posts everyday for that page is hard enough. Trying to keep law and order on a forum must be a bit trying at times. Hats off to Teekay and the admins on this forum.

Being an admin isn't bad once everything is off and running. The only time it gets frustrating is during moments of inactivity. Otherwise, I think it is almost easier being the admin, after getting the forum going!

I think it's great running a forum as you can 'shape it' the way you want however there are also downsides to running a forum too, dealing with spam is one of many downsides.
