Some say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So do you break the fast? What do you eat?
Cereal?
Toast?
English breakfast?
Continental breakfast?
Something else?
Nothing at all?

Blimey, I just noticed a typo in the heading.

Often I eat porridge but I love to fry up eggs on toast on occasion. And Kippers on toast are delectable. :great:

I currently eat cereal (Bran Flakes or Weetabix), then 2 toasted bread with jam and then a glass of orange juice.

It's either porridge with chocolate or cereal for me. I don't have time to eat a full blown breakfast so..

Most of the time I usually eat nothing at all, but sometimes I might have a bowl of cereal or a piece of toast or something, which is actually quite rare. :P

Well, for more than 20 years, right up until my major life change 40 months ago, I ate two Hot pockets and a huge hunk of cake.

Now, 365 mornings a year, I eat 8-10 jumbo egg whites, but only keep 1 or 2 yolks. < This is mostly just protein. Very low in cals / fats.

Then, I always have my cup of Quaker rolled oats, with a fat scoop of peanut butter (healthy fats) and Silk Chocolate Soy milk light.

And a glass of OJ.

Breakfast of champions right there ^  ;)

Then my coffee, then my morning workout.

It was missing the option of last nights Pizza and Kebab, so I went for Toast and Cereal......I also have an English breakfast if someone else is cooking it.....its also missing the option for a McEggBacon&Chesse bagel with a hash brown!

I'm a fitness freak. So, I'll eat either oatmeal with a protein like turkey bacon or turkey sausage, or I'll put protein powder in the oatmeal. Sometimes, I'll just make a smoothie with the protein powder. Sometimes egg whites and a slice of toast.

Of course !

There are several other options such as : "Pho" - "Hu tieu" - rice, many things you can easily find here for breakfast.

Where are you from mate ?
