Interesting topic , I think proper sleep is essential for health and wellness. Always start getting normal sleep. Lack of sleep causes many serious problems like irritability, moodiness and disinhibition. I think 6 to 8 hours sleep is enogh for a healthy person.

Sleep is necessary for every man kind, i will explain it with an example that you can't run a machine continuously and if you try to do this than it will be damaged or get stuck, similarly if a human can't take rest and only do work than he/she will be get expired with in a short time.
