How important do you think sleeping and wresting are? How many hours do you get by on and how do you feel when you have had very little sleep?

I'm not really that active outside right now but I still need my sleep. My sleeping pattern is crazy though. :P

I've only had 3 hours sleep today and I'm feeling a little tired at the moment. It's only 2:34 pm aswell. I will get something energetic to wake me up soon, like some chocolate or something. :P

Sleep is important, however it is important not to overdose, remain fairly active each day to ensure you are tired when you go to bed and get into a deep sleep

In some cases, I can't find the appropriate words to post my idea although they are in my mind. They just don't come out.
It might appear really odd or silly however when I can't get sufficient sleep I find myself really upset all day long, particularly when I am woken from a very deep sleep in the midnight.

Interesting topic , I think proper sleep is essential for health and wellness. Always start getting normal sleep. Lack of sleep causes many serious problems like irritability, moodiness and disinhibition. I think 6  to 8 hours sleep is enogh for a healthy person.

8 hours per day is my time for sleeping. If I spent more little bit, I will feel very tired.

I sleep 8 hours per day. Less than 8 years of sleep means you are inviting sickness.

Sleep is necessary for every man kind, i will explain it with an example that you can't run a machine continuously and if you try to do this than it will be damaged or get stuck, similarly if a human can't take rest and only do work than he/she will be get expired with in a short time.
