Title.
Today I don't need to reach your deafened ears and
I don't need to try and fill your empty heart, 'cause
All I need now is the agony I see upon your face,
That's good enough for me

Male or Female?

Female.

What would you do with $50.

Considering the exchange rate, $50 isn't that much. I would probably buy some shirts, or maybe a newish game.

How did you get your username?

Hanako is my favourite character from a visual novel called Katawa Shoujo.

Do you still live at home?

I do.

I view marriage as a religious endeavor, so I'm not entirely against disallowing it based on religion. However, I don't think that same-sex couples should be completely disallowed from proving their love for one another. The main issue is that a lot of religious leaders, and a lot of interpretations of texts for modern-day religions read as though they are against homosexuality. While it's a sad state to be in, I think it really is up to those who are in a position of power.

Besides, it may just not be time yet. 40-50 years ago interracial marriage was frowned upon, and even banned in places. That has since opened up, and I think it will be the same for gay marriage. It will just take time.

Couldn't agree more. Acceptance in this so called liberated society seems to take longer than if we were back in the Roman times.

Do you like cake?

I'm not really a cake person. Aside from birthdays I don't eat it.

I wouldn't go that far. We are progressing as a society, moreso than in Roman times. But we still hold prejudice. Regardless of how much we try to hide, or avoid that fact, I think we will always have prejudice towards certain things or people because that is how we're brought up. The older generation passes on their beliefs, and we accept some of them while creating our own. They amalgamate together to form a separate view, which itself trickles down to the next generation, and so on.

Where are you from?

I'm from the UK.

Very rarely. I'm not much of a beach person. In the words of Bill Hicks, "I don't get the beach. It's where dirt meets water. What's the big deal?"

Read/sunbathe, I suppose. Or go fishing/hunting in rock pools.
