Do you think HD CCTV cameras is going to far or will it help to catch those breaking the law?
Are you for or against the high-def CCTV cameras?

I think they are pretty pointless, yeah the images may not be as small and grainy anymore, but all these places with camera's never actually bother to maintain them, so what's the point if the camera lens is going to get dirty and show a substandard picture or if its outside in a camera box, are they going to bother to clean the front?

No point having HD if the image isnt going to be as clear as its designed.

Also, if someone is going to commit a crime they are unlikely to show your face anyway, if your wearing a hoodie or even better, a Burqa for example the only thing the camera will know is how tall you are
