Well according to nutritionists a balanced diet is important for many different reasons besides just aesthetic outcome. Some of these include beefing up your immune system, bone health, repairing our body (For example whenever we work with our muscles there are micro tears that protein will then go in and repair building muscle), and not to forget bring your mental and physical capacity to their maximum efficiency.

There are many different claims that say not eating healthy leads to many different problems including poor brain functionality, heart disease, heart attack, coronary infection, diabetes (which is more sugar related), and many more lists of problems that can occur from not eating correctly.

I think the most important meal is breakfast, if you have a sensible breakfast each day and eat proper meals you cant go too far wrong. Another important thing to remember is to try not to eat after 10pm.

I think the most important meal is breakfast, if you have a sensible breakfast each day and eat proper meals you cant go too far wrong. Another important thing to remember is to try not to eat after 10pm.

Quite right breakfast is the most important meal of the day because that is the one that should be giving you most all of your needed energy for the day. That is also why they say it should be the biggest meal of your day. Lunch is smaller and dinner even more so because those meals are sort of carry over meals. Lunch is to carry you over until dinner and dinner is to sedate your hunger until you go to sleep. Although it is not very wise to eat two hours before bed because that will cause sleep to be harder as well as being a catalyst to bring about nightmares in your sleep.

The topic is so general, we all know about the importance of balance diet. Balance diet is essential for a human whether he want to gain weight , burn calories or just enhance his fitness level. Eat variety of foods ,  preferably organic diet is great for health. Avoid eating junk foods. Diet plays vital role in composition of body.
