1. Cook whole egg into boiling water about 10 minutes. Discard egg shell and place egg into a heat proof plate, and transfer onto baking sheet.
2 Combine milk, butter, flour, emmental cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a bowl, and whisk until butter sauce, pour all over on egg.
3 Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of method 2, bake in 150°C oven about 12 minutes.
