With me it depends on where I am.
If I am in school - Photoshop elements 8.0
If I am on my laptop - GIMP 2.6
If I am on my PC - Photoshop CS5

I use Photoshop CS4. I was using PS7 for the longest time and just recently decided to upgrade.

I've used Photoshop and Gimp, but I was never good at any of them. So I stopped using both!
